What temperature sensor you should choose? Thermocouple (TC) or resistance (RTD)? +

Due to the measuring requirements we can apply a two solutions. Application of the thermoelectric temperature sensor (thermocouple) allows you for faster measurement of the process with lower accuracy of the temperature measure. Resistance temperature sensor (RTD) is characterized by better measuring accuracy but it needs more time for stabilize of the correct measurement.

What types of the resistors we can use? +

In industrial applications are used the platinium resistors like Pt100, Pt500 and Pt1000 or nickel resistors like Ni100 and Ni1000.

What kind of the thermocouple (TC) is suitable for my measurement? +

We select the thermocouples in accordance to the measurement medium and its temperature range. The most popular are thermocouples of types J, K, S, R and B.

What accuracy class I can use in my application? +

Due to the measurement requirements you can apply the resistors with A, B or AA class in 2-, 3- or 4-wire connections or thermocouples with 1. or 2. accuracy class.

What devices support the temperature sensors? +

The temperature sensors mainly working with the indicators, regulators, recorders and process drivers. It is important that the inputs of the peripheral device were correctly configured for the appropirate measuring element of the sensor.

What kind of the cover I should apply to my sensor? +

Due to the application environment, it is possible to apply a thermowell provides the possibility of the extending the sensor life while ensuring correctly metrology of the measurement.

What documents confirm the correctness of the sensor indications? +

In the production process the high technology standards are approved by issuing the technical documentation, including the Certificate of Conformity of execution with a norm, material atest 3.1, WE Declaration or other accordint to the customer requirements. The model sensor has a certificate issued by the Accredited Measurement Laboratory.

Does a sensor need the temperature transmitter to working? +

In many applications, a temperature transmitter is a required component. Some constructions of sensors have the option of mounting the transmitter into their head, or a rail transmitter can also be used for other sensors.

What sensor type I can use in a hazardous area? +

In hazardous area you can use a sensor in intrinsically safe version (Exi) or in explosion proof version (Exd). The production chosen is determined by the designer of the measurement system.

What equippment is needed to correct working of the sensor? +

Generally, while the sensor production we used an additional process thermowell, signal transmitters, fittings, cables, plugs and sockets.
